What does each option include?
Run is the front desk: 24/7 voice, a website chat agent, speed-to-lead, reactivation and reviews. Grow brings in new demand through Get Found (SEO, local and AI visibility), owned channels and reputation. The full employee is both, with priority and a named lead. Every plan also includes Know: your employee reports what is working, where money is leaking, how you are found on Google and in AI answers, and what to do next.
How do the call minutes work?
Run includes 600 minutes a month, about 120 calls. Extra minutes are €0.40 each. We track your usage and alert you automatically as you get close, so there is no surprise bill. If your call volume is consistently higher, the full-time employee or a custom plan works out cheaper.
What is the difference between the part-time and full-time employee?
Capacity. Both include everything in Run and Grow, plus priority support and a named lead. Part-time covers about 600 reception minutes a month, around 120 calls. Full-time covers about 1,600 minutes, around 320 calls. Start part-time if you are unsure; you can change level at any time.
Is the Growth Teardown really free?
Yes. The teardown is a free, no-obligation look at where you stand, with a short prioritised plan. You keep it whether or not you continue.
How long is the contract?
Everything is month to month. There is no lock-in and you can stop any time.
What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee applies to the levers we control, like reactivation. If we agree a target and miss it, you do not pay for that work. It does not cover paid ad results, because we do not run ads.
Can I run it myself instead?
Today we run it for you, with a real person you can always reach. Self-serve is the top level of the same Platform, and it arrives in phases: first the window, then in-app approvals, then your own controls.
Which languages do you support?
Your employee speaks your company's and your customers' languages. In Luxembourg that usually means French, German, Luxembourgish and English, and we add others where your customers need them.
