Trust
Built to European rules, not bolted on after.
Cadre is GDPR native. Your data stays in Europe, your customers' personal details are never sent to the AI model, and we tell people plainly when they are talking to AI. Here is exactly how we handle your data.
You stay in control
You decide how much your digital employee does on its own, and you can change it whenever you like.
You set the level
From checking everything before it goes out to letting the AI run whole tasks on its own. You decide, you can change it any time, and every action is recorded and reported to you. Today you set your level with us directly; you will set it yourself in your dashboard as it ships.
Start supervised, open up over time
Most businesses begin by approving anything that reaches a customer, then hand over more as their trust grows.
A manager in the background
A real person at Cadre sets things up, stays accountable, and is there when you want one. They step back as autonomy grows.
Know, built into every plan
Your control tower
Every Cadre employee reports what it sees: what is working, where money is leaking, how you show up on Google and in AI answers, and the move it recommends next. You set how much it does on its own, and you can always see every action.
Managed by Cadre
We run everything for you. This screen is a window you can peek into whenever you like, and the same intelligence arrives as your monthly report. You never have to log in.
Your monthly report
What is working
Where money leaks
Recommended next move
Written by your Cadre lead. Every plan includes it from day one.
Assisted
Your employee prepares the work and you approve it here. Campaigns and review requests wait for your one-click sign-off, and everything else runs on its own.
Self-serve
You hold the keys. Set your own level, adjust your employee's setup, and steer the work directly, with a person from Cadre still accountable behind it.
Autonomy level
The dashboard ships in phases; you set your level with us directly, and you can change it as you go.

Five things we hold to, on every account. No exceptions and no small print.
Your data stays in Europe
Everything we hold for you is stored and processed in the European Union. It does not leave.
No personal data goes to the AI
We write and approve the messages once, then merge in names and details on our own systems. Your customers' personal details are never sent to the AI model.
We tell people it is AI
When Clara speaks or writes, she says she is an AI assistant. This meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and we do it because it is the honest thing to do.
Private analytics, no hidden tracking
We measure what works without following people around. No open tracking pixel in the emails, and no advertising cookies on the site. We count clicks, replies and bookings, nothing more.
Your data is yours, and kept apart
Each client's data is kept separate. What your employee learns from your business stays yours: it makes your employee sharper and never trains a shared model. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The paperwork is ready when you are
We work as your data processor under a written agreement, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires. Our data processing agreement and our impact assessment are available on request.
Compliance is not a box we tick at the end. It is how the whole thing is built, so you can put us in front of your customers with confidence.
Your data, plainly
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. Your data is stored and processed in the EU, and it does not leave.
Do you send my customers' details to the AI?
No. We write and approve the messages first, then merge in names and details on our own systems. Personal details are never sent to the AI model.
Do you track people with pixels or ad cookies?
No. There is no open tracking pixel in the emails and no advertising cookies on the site. We only count clicks, replies and bookings, so we know what is working.
Does Clara tell people she is AI?
Yes. She says she is an AI assistant when she speaks or writes. This meets the EU AI Act transparency rule that applies from August 2026, and it is simply honest.
Can I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. We act as your processor under a written agreement, as Article 28 requires. We can share our data processing agreement and our impact assessment on request.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. You own your data. Ask us and we will delete it.
Have a compliance question?
Send it over. We would rather answer plainly now than leave you guessing. If your legal team needs our agreements, we will send them.
