A CSV export from your quoting tool or spreadsheet is enough. We map your columns during onboarding, and only customers who may be contacted get a message.

Your employee follows up
A short, friendly email in the customer's language, with the quote attached and real dates to pick. Every message has an easy opt-out.

You pay only on results
A recovered job is confirmed by the customer and scheduled in your diary. We reconcile the count with you every week.

What does the sprint cost?
Nothing up front. We take a commission on each recovered job, capped and agreed in writing before we start. After the first sprint, follow-up runs inside the monthly plan with no commission.
What counts as a recovered job?
The customer confirmed and the job is in your diary. A polite reply does not count. We reconcile with you every week.
What does my quote list need to look like?
Any CSV export works. We map your columns during onboarding; the useful fields are name, contact details, quote date, and amount.
Is this allowed under GDPR?
Yes. These are your own customers, and European rules allow follow-up with an easy opt-out in every message. Your data stays in Europe and is never used to train a shared model.
Your first sprint is commission only: 10% of the quoted value of each recovered job, capped at €2,500. Nothing up front, and nothing at all if nothing comes back. After that, follow-up runs inside the monthly plan, commission-free.
